ok, so three priorities:
1. Running: ran a nice 2 miler today, could have run much more and at a much faster rate, but am following the reommended plan which means I took in the sights. Which is nice, because of the glorious flowers of spring and green grass which comes as a shock post the dreary winter.
2. Food: This no choice seems to work for me. Ate well yesterday, only deviated a tad becausse a friend made halwa poori for prasad and I couldnt say no, so I had one poori and some halwa, which didnt really take me overboard or anything. I say this works because I ate a very satisfying dinner today and then when friends decided to go out for dinner and drinks, I went along, I usually would have had atleast dessert or had some food off their plates. So I said to myself , “oyie..you just ate dinner and it was good. You had dessert at home, which was good too. Do you really want to have this? I decided not to. I very happily drank my water and a diet coke when they had drinks. ” The downside..I am probably gonna pee all night 😦
overall a good two days, lets see how the rest goes, I am confident I can do this. This is possible…go Disha go 😀
