food pre day 1

ok so the food thingy begins next week. Before that I will eat normally, no stuff yourself till you dieĀ  because tomorrow you may diet thingies.

I will consume a regular amount of calories, namely 1200-1500 and I will plan the day before what I will eat teh next day and I will make sure each day has a adequate source of protien and fibre.
